  1. add Web3Provider in src/providers/web3-provider.ts
  2. replace JsonrpcProvider with JsonRpcProvider
  3. extend TransactionRequest to be compatible with Dapps
  4. getAddress returns current selected account with user permission, instead of use non-public method account.list
  5. add sendUncheckedTransaction for starmask-test-dapp while click Send STC
